Orders

What happens after I place the order?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation and the invoice.

Where can I find more details about my order?

Order status and related details can be viewed in your member account, in the "Order Details" section.

Can I change my email address or cancel my order?

Yes, but only if the packaging and shipping process for your products
has not already started. You can request a cancellation or changes by
e-mailing us at contact@melonicare.ro. We recommend that you request the
cancellation within 2 hours from order confirmation received by e-mail.

Can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the assigned tracking number.

Can I open my package at delivery?

This is an extra service  - you need to specify it when you place the order and we will invoice it separately.

My package has been stolen and/or lost!

We are sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, after sending your order,
Meloni Care does not assume responsibility for stolen and/or lost
packages or for those not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

Return policy

How do I return a product?

Easy! Log in to My Account, under "Order Details" select the order,
product and quantity and access the "Return" section to complete the
form.

Am I allowed to change my mind regarding the purchase?

Of course! It is your right to change your mind and to request a return
of the product within 14 days of opening your package. You just have to
complete the form in the "Return" section selecting the "I changed my
mind" option.

What are the Return conditions?

The product must be packed in its original box, including all the
components, and it must be in a condition that allows it to be resold.

My product is defective/broken. What should I do?

Don’t worry! You benefit from a 2-year warranty under which we undertake
to replace and compensate you for any non-compliant product.

I received the wrong order/ the product does not match the description. What should I do?

No problem, we can easily change them. In the return form, select the
"Wrong order" option and we will ensure that you are sent the correct
products, or receive a refund. We will pick up your products from the
indicated address. Remember: you can notify this problem within 48 hours
of opening the package.

I ordered the wrong product. I would like to change it.

It's okay. If reported within 14 days, we will process your refund. The
only costs you will incur are transportation and compensation up to the correct amount.

I filled in the Return Form. What should I do next?

Depending on the selected reason, either you send us the product or we
pick up the package from the address indicated in the form. Once it
arrives in our warehouse, we examine it to see if it meets the return
conditions. In this case, the money will be returned in the selected
conditions.
